Continuing Education Courses
Meet New York State requirements in just three sessions! Real estate licensees must complete 22.5 hours of approved real estate continuing education every two years, within their license cycle, prior to renewal. Effective July 1, 2008, the 22.5 hours must include at least three hours of instruction pertaining to fair housing and/or discrimination in the sale or rental of real property or an interest in real property. This combination of courses will satisfy both the 22.5 hour requirement and the 3 hour fair housing requirement.
