Property and Casualty License Qualifying Course

This 96-hour course is approved by the NYS Insurance Dept. to meet all requirements to take the agent or broker license exam. Material covered includes fire, inland and ocean marine, general liability, auto, worker’s compensation, bonds and surety, crime, accident and health, glass, insurance law and practices. Students receive a certificate after passing the course, qualifying them to take the NYS exam.

Life/Accident and Health Qualifying Course

This course is designed to meet the requirements of the NYS Insurance Department for individuals who wish to sit for the licensing exams as insurance agents in life/accident and health insurance only.  Course is comprised of both classroom instruction and home study with eight three-hour sessions of classroom instruction.  Textbooks should be purchased prior to the first class.
